Cranberry Cracker Spread
1 cup finely, chopped fresh cranberries
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon seeded, minced jalapeno pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 1/2 teaspoons grated , fresh ginger
2 tablespoons sugar
4 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh orange juice (I add some grated orange zest, too)
2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
Assorted appetizer crackers and celery
Mix as listed and spread on crackers and celery
