2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter – softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350
grease baking sheets
Sift together flour, baking soda/powder and salt.
In large bowl cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time. Then stir in the rolled oats and chips. Drop by rounded tspful onto cookies sheet(s). Cook 8 to 9 minutes – after removing from oven allow cookies to rest on sheets five minutes before removing to cooling rack.
