5 cups chicken broth
melt butter
4 carrots – chopped
4 ribs celery
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp sage
chopped up turkey or chicken (4 cups)
Melt butter – saute’ carrots and cut up celery – 10 minutes until brown
add 1/4 cup flour – whisk 3/4 minutes – add broth – low boil, whisk
add salt and pepper – reduce and cook for 10/15 minutes
Add turkey.
Prepare pie crust (2 piece)
egg wash – top – cut in a few vents
cook at 375 deg. 25/30 minutes
