Cheesy Potatoes

I always fixed these for my family and they loved them. They are so easy to fix and I always get asked to serve them at our family get togethers. Hope you enjoy them.

Ingredients

6-8 medium pototoes
One-fourth cup of onion
2 tablespoons of garlic salt
5 tablespoons of butter or margarine or more to your liking

Instructions

Boil peeled and cut-up potatoes and chopped onions till done
Pour off water
Chunk 4 ozs of velvetta cheese or more to your liking.
Add butter or margarine
Add garlic salt
Stir all together and serve.
