buttermilk donuts

Ingredients
Buttermilk donuts
2 cups sugar
2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp soda
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
10-12 cups flour
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, add enough flour til stiff enough to roll out 1/2″
thick. Cut out with donut cutter. Fry in hot oil til brown. Drain, roll
in sugar
