Different people have different taste for their style of Baked Beans. I’ve put together the style that I liked by listening to what other people put in theirs.
1/2 pound bacon (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 (53-ounce) can baked beans
1/4 to 1/2 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce
1/4 cup mustard of choice
Fry chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Add onion, sauté until tender. Stir in beans and remaning ingredients.
Pour into a 13-x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
