2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon dried parsley or dill (for fresh, use 1 tablespoon chopped)
4 6-ounce salmon fillets
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Pat the salmon fillets dry and arrange on the sheet. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, mayonnaise, maple syrup, and herbs. Distribute the sauce evenly on top of each fillet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when pierced with a fork.
