1 cup applesauce
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinammon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup Muesli cereal
(I use a really hearty, nutty brand of Muesli called
Jordan’s; it is full of whole grains and many different fruits, as well as
pumpkin seeds, etc. I would not recommend this recipe to be used with some
mass-produced kind of Muesli that’s full of sugar and sugar-sweetened flakes.”)
1 cup raisins
375 oven, 20-22 minutes, or until knife comes out clean from testing.
