To complement this issue’s celebration of all things maple, we dove into our recipe archive to highlight the dishes that have stood the test of time, both with readers and in our own kitchens. From pecan pie–style chewy maple bars to addictive maple-glazed ribs made with just nine ingredients, these standbys will carry you through this sweet season. We also added one new recipe for crisp-tender waffles that are bound to become a regular part of your maple repertoire.
