In this episode, host Richard Wiese travels to Killington, Vermont, to experience the excitement of women’s World Cup skiing and to interview Olympic skiers before taking to the slopes himself. Then, he heads to New Hampshire to meet artist Eric Aho and watch him create one of his renowned “ice cut” paintings at a frozen lake. Finally, we visit Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, to tour the monumental murals at Baker-Berry Library, painted by José Clemente Orozco in the 1930s.
