Amy’s in for some good eats in this season 7 segment of Weekends with Yankee (episode 705). She’s in Worcester, Massachusetts, a recently established culinary destination. In this segment, Amy visits some of the best of Worcester’s food scene. Her first stop is Glazy Susans, an artisanal donut shop producing specialty, handmade donuts. Then, she ventures to American Vinegar Works, which creates high quality, modern vinegars with an old-fashioned technique and tries a zippy cocktail. She ends her day at Dead Horse Hill, where executive chef Jared Forman gives her a lesson on pickling and pork katsu.
