The Wiggly Bridge “York & Stormy”

For “Delicacies from New England” (season 4, episode 9), Weekends with Yankee visited Wiggly Bridge Distillery in York, Maine, where David Woods and his son, David Jr., create small-batch spirits in their handmade copper stills. Pair their small barrel bourbon with spicy ginger beer for the perfect York & Stormy summer cocktail.
Ingredients
Ice
2 oz bourbon, such as Wiggly Bridge Small Barrel Bourbon
1 bottle (12 oz) ginger beer
Lime or lemon garnish
Instructions
Fill a tall glass, such as a highball glass, with ice. Add the ginger beer, leaving plenty of room for the bourbon. Float the bourbon on top, then garnish with a lime or lemon, and enjoy!
