Visit the PEZ Factory in Orange, Connecticut

The name PEZ is derived from the German word for peppermint as it was originally meant to be a breath freshener as well as an alternative to smoking. Eventually, PEZ took on its fruity flavor and became a product for children, transforming into the beloved candy we know and recognize. In this segment, Richard learns all about the history of the iconic candy and tours the PEZ factory which has been operating since 1957. After the tour concludes, he takes home a prized snow white PEZ dispenser filled with some tasty treats.
