These are absolutely delicious. I made them just like the recipe said and I also tried a batch making the dough into balls with a thumbprint for the jam. The balls yielded fewer cookies (I know, make them smaller) but both were delicious with the same cooking time. These are going on my list for next year too.
These are delicious. I make them with homemade raspberry jam and marmalade.
