Favorite Easy Rhubarb Recipes
Rhubarb Sauce
This simple, tangy rhubarb sauce recipe uses only three ingredients and produces the most delicious rhubarb topping you’ve ever tasted. It’s a nice alternative to more traditional fruit sauces.
Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp
In this strawberry rhubarb crisp recipe, one of our very favorite easy rhubarb recipes, the familiar combination of rhubarb and fresh strawberries is baked under a light, crumbly crust. Serve warm with slightly softened vanilla ice cream spooned over the top.

Rhubarb Coffee Cake
This rhubarb coffee cake works equally well when served for breakfast, a snack, or dessert (or all three in one day). Rhubarb provides a subtle tartness, while the topping provides a great sweetness and crunchiness.Deep-Dish Rhubarb Pie
We love rhubarb not just because it signals spring, but also because its tart flavor and silky texture produce great pies. No need to always pair rhubarb with strawberry. This all-rhubarb pie is a welcome spring treat, and one of our most popular easy rhubarb recipes. If you prefer the strawberry-rhubarb combination, however, there’s always our Strawberry Rhubarb Pie recipe.

Rhubarb Punch
This refreshing punch is cheery and unexpected, and gets a pretty pink hue from the rhubarb. The base mix is sweet, but achieves perfect balance as the melting ice dilutes it.Strawberry-Rhubarb Muffins
Exceptional muffins with a tart-sweet flavor complemented by a cinnamon topping. Serve with Honey Butter, made by whipping half a cup of unsalted butter with two tablespoons honey and a tablespoon of brandy.

I absolutely love rhubarb and was very disappointed when I found out that I hadn’t Frozen as much as I thought to get me through the winter. In Massachusetts I don’t expect to see any for at least another 6 weeks, weather from my garden or Farmers Market. I wish there were companies that froze it like they do so many fruits.
I just bought frozen cubed rhubarb at Market Basket.
Check Walmart, they will sometimes have it. Also Trader Joe’s. I’ve seen it there.
