Apple-Studded Brown-Butter Streusel Coffee Cake

Made this coffee cake for the first time yesterday and took it to my pool therapy session where it was a major hit with everyone! One woman called it “a keeper” and three want the recipe. They ate it all so I brought home an empty plate. Easy to make. Note that the batter is very dense so use a spatula to get it out of the mixing bowl. Will be a gift food item during the holidays.
