  1. Even as a Midwesterner by birth, I know to say “skawlops.” We lived for a number of years in Marblehead. I still miss it! I especially miss the fresh swordfish, which I won’t eat anywhere but in New England, where I know it’s fresh!

  2. This sounds absolutely delicious! Yes, however, guilty of the mispronunciation but not from here on out… Going to try this dish and hoping it does not have a fishy taste as do some mussel and clam dishes.
