  1. Spruce Point Inn is the perfect place for Windjammer Days. It’s situated at the mouth of Boothbay Harbor where all of the visiting windjammers queue up, sailing back and forth, before entering the inner harbor. Also great for viewing sunsets and is close to the inner harbor with its shops and restaurants.

  2. Beautiful properties. How about something next time properties on the more moderate side by the water and family fun for teenagers?????
