VEGETABALL’S FARM
Claremont, New Hampshire
Darlene Ball makes this fragrant, flavorful pesto with fresh basil (sourced locally in season), Parmesan and Romano cheeses, pine nuts, garlic, and a secret ingredient: butter. It tastes so incredible we can’t help but wonder why we didn’t think of that before. Her pesto adds robust flavor to pasta, homemade pizza, scrambled eggs, toasted panini, and even soup. We’ll even own up to eating it straight out of the container.
