my me’me made this recipe for the holidays
Yield:
about 12 or 24 servingsIngredients
1 cup peanutbutter
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectionary sugar
walnuts ( optional )
Instructions
1. on medium heat melt peanutbutter and butter stirring constantly
untill smooth then add the vanilla.
2. remove from heat and add the confectionary sugar, mix with a wooden spoon untill well blended add walnuts ( optional ).
3. put the mixture in a 13 x 9 dish, cover and put in the refrigerator for about an hour or untill it gets hard.
4. cut into bite size servings.
