8 ounces ziti or elbow pasta
2 cups lean ground beef
1 cup onions, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup celery
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
15 ounces spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
4 ounces mozzarella
Cook pasta for 5 minutes, drain. Saute beef and onions in oil. Add celery, mushrooms and garlic and cook 3 minutes. Add sauce and seasonings and mix with pasta. Pour into greased 13×9 baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
