  1. I made this a couple of weeks ago. Wonderful, very crisp and tasty. Had it with applesauce and pork, delightful. My family would rather have this than the lefse that is popular in this area.

  2. Sorry those are not going potato pancakes the ones I know and grew up with are thin and round like a regular pancake not that big glob of whatever

  3. I’m sure this is a delicious recipe, but real latkes are made with Matzah Meal, not flour. It gives the latkes a very distinct and wonderful flavor.

  4. Yum yum said the latkes but it would be even a lot more fun if you published books to read to alongside your going like the “Mautsha Ball”
