Egg Sub
Don’t bother to buy powdered eggs as they are very expensive. You can substitute a heaping tablespoon of soy flour and a tablespoon of water for an egg in any baking recipe. I can’t tell the difference in anything that I’ve tried (cookies, cakes, meatloaf, etc.), and it’s usually cheaper too.
It’s also nice for when you want to bake but don’t have any eggs left. We stopped buying eggs altogether except for the occasional Sunday breakfast.
