I grind it and use it as a breading in breaded pork chops, in conjunction with wheat germ. Season the meat then, dip in all purpose flour then in egg wash, then in the ground grape-nut, wheat germ mixture. Brown them in olive oil, and set aside in a pan, to bake until done. Bon Appetit.
