  1. 14 lb. turkey = minutes per pound PLUS 30 minutes at higher heat, OR minutes per pound NOT PLUS 30 more minutes at higher heat???

  2. We put our turkeys on the rotisserie gas grill. Always comes out so juicy with crisp skin! Never stuff it..well, i will put small orange slices and onion..sometimes a bit of celery but not to the point of jamming the interior of the bird! I make a concoction of softened butter, sage, rosemary, thyme, S&P and work it between the skin and meat and leftovers is rubbed all over exterior. Mind you, the bird sat uncovered in the fridge overnight before rubbing seasoned butter on the exterior to dry out the skin..by grilling the bird, you are guaranteed crisp skin. My method gives crisp with added flavors. Ok…now am drooling! Turkey is great all year long..not just Thanksgiving!
