Did I miss something in your little video. I saw you boil the apple cider but don’t recall seeing you put it into the mixed batter.
Does it go in at the end before putting in the pan.

Hi Gary. The cider is added to the batter alternately with the sifted flour ingredients. You can see some of it being added at around the 41 second mark in the video. We know the video moves quickly, so we’ve added a link to the full recipe underneath it so nothing gets left out! Thanks!
Can you make the batter the day before and then bake the muffins the next day?
