These days, people are looking for recipes under $10, simple ways to stretch their dollar in all facets of life, and mealtime is no exception. Dining at home is a great alternative to pricey take-out or restaurant visits and doesn’t have to require long hours in the kitchen or complicated ingredients.

Campbell Soup Company recently introduced a “Recipes Under $10 Collection” featuring family-favorite recipes designed to feed a family of four on a budget. From Hearty Lasagna Soup to Easy Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas, each of the recipes in the collection demonstrates that cutting costs does not mean sacrificing great taste. • Cheese Enchiladas look and sound fantastic, if they are really under 10$ I am so it! And I especially would like to thank you for the video because I am not a brilliant top chef and for me step-by-step video recipes is the key to a nice dinner.I usually download such videos with the help of my youtube downloader http://ytubedownloader.org/ so that as of right now I have a personal collection of especially good recipes. Hope that the videos you shared the link to will be added to it soon.

  • Love the Campbells collection of recipes…..have used the soups in several of my own “from scratch” recipes that turned out great.

  • Patricia

Many people today do not know how to cook from scratch or steer away from complicated recipes. This collection from Campbell’s will help get them on the right track. Everyone needs a place to start from.

  • In this bad economy it is nice to have some recipes that are easy on the budget and use things that we all may have in our pantry. Thank you Yankee for these recipes.

  • I’m sorry, I kind of expected more from Yankee Magazine than borrowing recipes from Campbell’s. I thought your magazine had at least escaped the “can of this and a can of this” philosophy toward putting a meal on the table! With a little bit of effort, people can serve”tasty” inexpensive meals.

  • I have enjoyed so many of your recipes, haven’t tried any of these you offer yet……..
I’ll let you know when I do, and how they taste….thanks for your recipes, I love them !!!

  • Great idea-I have a couple of Campbell soup cookbooks that are many years old and still use them occasionally-I find the food good.
