Petsi Pies (pronounced “peet-see pies”) in Somerville, Massachusetts, has developed a loyal following in the past year, and this month it will be turning out plenty of delicious apple, pumpkin, and sweet potato-pecan-praline pies, as well as savory tarts made with wild mushrooms, leeks, and roasted potatoes. Be sure to call ahead — they go fast.
