Yogurt Coconut Smoothie

Yield: 1 Serving


  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 cup whole yogurt (or kefir)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or pinch of stevia powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil


Place berries in a food processor and process to a puree. Add yogurt or kefir, maple syrup, and egg yolks and process until smooth. With the motor running, slowly add the coconut oil.
