Veal Scallopine Marsala
A dish you’ll find only in the best restaurants. And when you do, this is how it’s prepared.
Yield: Serves 4.
- 1-1/2 pounds veal, trimmed and boneless
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup veal or chicken stock
- 1/4 cup Marsala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- lemon slices
