There doesn’t seem to be anything special about this recipe, but all the ingredients come together somehow to produce a classic tomato soup. We’ve never tasted better.
Yield: 4 servings.
- 3 cups peeled tomatoes, fresh or canned and drained

- 1 pint milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

InstructionsBring the tomatoes to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Mash the tomatoes with a potato masher.
