Tomato, Basil and Cheese Salad
This is my slight variation of a typical salad/side dish.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
- 6 or 7 fresh picked heritage tomatoes, nice and ripe
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves, 10 to 14
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 shakes Alden Mill Miracle Blend seasoned salt or similar type
