Tacos al Carb

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups red bell pepper, thinly sliced (about 1 medium)
  • 1 1/2 cups onion, thinly sliced (about 1 medium)
  • One (1 pound) flank steak, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
