Spinach Rice Casserole

Yield: Cook at 350 deg. for 35 min


  • 4 cups uncooked rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 bags spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 lg packages of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder(or ground garlic)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tb butter or margarine
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 large onion


Start rice boiling. In separate pan melt butter, add onions and garlic. Add spinach. Cook for about 3 min. In a bowl combine milk, cheese, eggs, soy sauce, and parsley. Mix well. Combine everything, the rice, spinach, and the bowl of milk, cheese... Put in greased pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil.
* Make sure wash spinach real good.
