Spinach Balls

I do not like spinach, but I love these because they really don’t taste like spinach.

Yield: about 5 dozen

Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1-1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray cookie sheet.
Mix cooked spinach with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Form into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
