Shrimp Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds peeled and deveined boiled shrimp
  • 4 to 5 avocados, chopped
  • 8 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 2 to 4 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt to taste
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

Combine shrimp, avocados, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, jalapenos and lime juice; mix gently. Stir in ketchup, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce.

Chill covered until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips or a bed of lettuce.
