- 2 pounds peeled and deveined boiled shrimp
- 4 to 5 avocados, chopped
- 8 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 2 to 4 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
- tortilla chips
InstructionsCombine shrimp, avocados, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, jalapenos and lime juice; mix gently. Stir in ketchup, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce.
Chill covered until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips or a bed of lettuce.
