Savoury Gorgonzola Cheesecake


  • 1 cup ea: mascarpone
  • ricotta
  • and gorgonzola
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • � cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • crust:
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • � cup ea: ground walnuts and Italian bread crumbs


preheat oven to 300

make crust in springform pan

blend cheeses - add eggs, cream and pepper - blend well

pour cheesecake into crust.

Place sporingform pan in larger pan of hot water to come up no more than one-third of the way to the sides of the springform pan. Bake 40 - 55 minutes

Let cool before serving

Crust: brush inside of 10" springform pan with melted butter

Combine nuts and crumbs; press mixture out to the sides of pan.

Wrap outside of pan with foil - to prevent leaks.
