Food Salmon Salad Yankee Magazine • October 9, 2007 • Add Comment 0.00 avg. rating (0% score) - 0 votes Salmon Salad Ingredients 2 cups salmon 1 cup chopped cucumber, drained 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 1 teaspoon onion, minced 1/2 cup celery, sliced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon capers (optional) Instructions Flake the salmon. Add the cucumber, parsley, onion, celery, salt and pepper and mix well. Blend in the sour cream. Place on a bed of lettuce leaves and garnish with capers.
