Pumpkin Coffee


  • 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Toddy cold-brewed co.ee concentrate


In a saucepan, heat ingredients until steaming hot. Put mixture in a blender, and blend for
15-20 seconds until thick and foamy. Pour into tall glass and serve.
Makes 1 serving.
