Pinata Dip

Guacamole with a twist

Yield: 6 servings


  • 5 slices bacon
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 medium avocado, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato peeled and chopped


In large pan fry bacon medium heat til crisp, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain well on paper towels, then finely chop or crumble.
In medium bowl, combine sour cream, seasoned salt and chili powder. Fold in bacon, avocado and tomato.
