Oh So Dilly Cucumbers

I was raised eating sour cream and dill cucumbers. Over the years I would add a little something extra to spruce up this plain recipe and this was the end result.

Yield: 6 - 8 servings


  • 4 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream


Place cucumber slices in bowl. Sprinkle with salt and cover with cold water. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Drain well, combine remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
