Ingredients 3/4 cup flour 3/4 cup oats 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons maple syrup 2 eggs 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter, melted Instructions Blend dry ingredients, then add wet ones and stir. Grease skillet or griddle, heated to about 400 degrees F, and cook cakes as you would pancakes, flipping once. Serve with more syrup, or with hot fruit or cottage cheese.
