Made this recipe for the first time for Thanksgiving last year in 2007. Everybody loved it! It has been added as a traditional Thanksgiving item on my menu! Loved the top crust!

  • A wonderful recipe; not only tasty, but nutritious, too. It has the consistancy similar to a rich, bread pudding.

  • This recipe makes a moist, apple packed cake that makes its own crunchy top while it bakes. Delicious!
