Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 small cans tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup dry wine
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 2-pound can tomatoes
  • lasagna noodles
  • 1 package mozzarella
  • 1 large container cottage cheese (about 3 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 2 eggs, beated
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

    I have always been a big fan of lots of cheese, this would’ve been much better with lots more.
