Heavenly Mahogany Apples
It came from a High School Newsletter that my husband went to:
Newburyport High School in Newburyport Ma. I revised it a bit, but it’s so healthier for you and anyone can eat it. Put it over Ice Cream, or by Itself. You don’t feel guilty
- 8 Sliced Unpeeled Sweet Apples
- 1/2 Cup of Splenda
- 1/4 Cup of Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of Apple Pie Spice
- 1/2 Cup of Olive Oil
InstructionsToss the Apples with the Splenda Apple Pie Spice and Cinnamon. Put Oil in Saute Pan and get hot on medium fire stove top.
Add the Apples and Toss and Stir often and cook down until the apple are golden in color.
This is the best healthy dessert I have come up with. You don't feel guilty having these.
