Five Cup Ambrosia Salad
Vary this Five Cup Ambrosia Salad by using other fruits by the cupful as well — apple wedges, banana slices, grapes, or what’s in season. Easily doubles or triples for a party.

- 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup drained mandarin oranges
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup sour cream
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and let stand overnight. Serve chilled.
