Ingredients 2 cups fresh cranberries 1 small onion 3/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons horseradish Instructions Grind cranberries and onion in meat grinder or food processor. Stir in remaining ingredients. Freeze in ice cube tray or plastic container. Defrost when ready to use, whip it with a whisk, and serve.
