Crock Pot Chicken Chinese Style

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken thighs and legs
  • 1/4 C. hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 C. plum sauce or chutney
  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • 1 medium slice ginger (don't bother to peel)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 T . cornstarch

Instructions

Remove skin from chicken with paper towels. Place in crock-pot. Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour over the chicken. Stir to mix. Cook 5 to 6 hours on low heat.
