Cranberry Relish

This cranberry relish recipe is a forerunner of molded cranberry jelly.

Yield: Serves 6-8.


  • 4 cups raw cranberries
  • 2 unpeeled oranges, seeded
  • 1/2 cup crushed fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar


Put cranberries, oranges, and pineapple through food mill or grinder. Add sugar, mix well (do not cook), and chill.
