Cranberry Glazed Chicken Breast Quarters

The glaze is so good, you might want to bake the chicken right in it. –Old Town Lodge, Gassetts, Vermont

  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can (8 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
